Privacy Policy

1. Account Information

When you create an account we collect:

• Your email address
• Your name or display name (if you provide one)
• Your profile picture, if you upload one
• Basic identifiers from Google or Facebook when you sign in with those providers (we never receive your Google or Facebook password)

We use this information to create and secure your account, to identify you inside the App, and to contact you about your account or support requests.

2. Poker Hands, Screenshots & AI Hand Review

When you use the Hand Review feature you may upload poker screenshots, hand histories, notes and questions. This content is:

• Stored in your account so you can revisit your reviews
• Sent to third-party AI providers for automated analysis and conversation
• Processed together with the coaching profile and personal notes you choose to save

Screenshots may unintentionally contain usernames, balances or chat messages. Please review and obscure anything sensitive before uploading. Do not upload passwords, payment details or other people's private information.

3. Learning, Quiz and Bankroll Data

The App stores the data you generate while training, including:

• Lesson progress, quiz attempts, answers and statistics
• Bookmarked lessons and questions
• Saved ranges and scenarios
• Bankroll sessions, buy-ins, results, goals, player names and notes you enter

This data is used to show your progress, personalize training and power your statistics. It belongs to your account and is not sold.

4. Payments

Pro subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by Wix Payments. Your card number, CVV and full payment credentials are entered on the payment provider's secure page — we never see or store them.

We store only what we need to manage your subscription: the plan you chose, its status, the amount and currency, the provider's order or subscription identifiers, and the dates the plan starts, renews or ends.

In the Android app, subscriptions will be processed by Google Play Billing. In that case Google handles the payment and shares only the purchase and renewal state with us.

5. Analytics & Technical Data

We collect limited technical and usage data to keep the App working and improve it:

• Pages and features used, and in-app events such as starting a quiz or opening a lesson
• Device type, browser, approximate region and language
• Server and error logs, used for debugging, abuse prevention and security
• Rate-limit and moderation records tied to your account

6. Cookies & Local Storage

The App uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your language, theme, lesson display mode and whether you have accepted the Terms.

These are required for the App to function. Clearing them will sign you out and reset your local preferences.

7. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that operate the App:

• The Base44 platform, which hosts the App, its database and file storage
• AI/LLM providers that process hand reviews and AI explanations
• Wix Payments, and in the future Google Play, for subscription payments
• Email and analytics providers used to send account emails and measure usage

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the App, our users or our legal rights.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete individual hand reviews, sessions and other records at any time inside the App.

You can delete your entire account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated app data; limited logs and payment records may be kept where required for security, accounting or legal obligations.

You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on the hosting platform's managed infrastructure with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you upload.

10. Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

11. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country. By using the App you consent to such transfers, which are carried out subject to the providers' own safeguards.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
