6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to use the App to:

8. Hand Review Mode – Important Terms
8.1 Description of Hand Review Mode
The “Hand Review” feature allows users to:
- Upload screenshots/images from poker sessions
- Submit hand histories
- Add written explanations or notes
- Interact conversationally with AI about poker hands
This feature may involve both image uploads and free-form text input.
8.2 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all uploaded content.
You agree NOT to upload:
- Personal identifying information
- Financial information
- Passwords or credentials
- Private conversations
- Third-party confidential information
- Illegal content
- Offensive or abusive material
- Content unrelated to poker analysis
8.3 Sensitive Information Warning
Poker screenshots may unintentionally contain:
- Usernames
- Account identifiers
- Chat messages
- Financial balances
- Private information
Before uploading images, users should carefully review screenshots and remove or obscure sensitive information where possible.
The App cannot guarantee that uploaded content will remain free of unintended sensitive information.
8.4 AI Provider Compliance
The Hand Review feature may utilize third-party AI/LLM providers to process uploaded text and images.
Because users may upload arbitrary content, there is a risk that uploaded material could:
- Violate AI provider policies
- Contain prohibited content
- Trigger automated moderation systems
- Be rejected by processing systems
Users agree that they will NOT upload content that:
- Violates applicable laws
- Violates third-party terms of service
- Contains explicit illegal material
- Contains malicious instructions or exploit attempts
- Attempts to manipulate AI systems improperly
The App reserves the right to:
- Reject uploads
- Limit access
- Suspend users
- Remove content
- Restrict conversations
- Disable AI processing for certain submissions
if content is suspected to violate provider policies or legal requirements.
8.5 No Guarantee of Processing
The App does not guarantee that:
- Every uploaded hand will be processed
- AI analysis will always succeed
- AI providers will accept submitted content
- Conversations will remain continuously available
Processing may fail due to:
- Provider restrictions
- Content moderation
- Technical limitations
- Unsupported formats
- Policy enforcement
8.6 Storage & Retention
Uploaded screenshots and hand analysis data may be:
- Temporarily stored
- Cached for performance
- Logged for debugging/security purposes
- Deleted periodically
The App may retain limited logs where necessary for:
- Abuse prevention
- Security monitoring
- Legal compliance
- Service improvement
Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.
8.7 No Confidentiality Guarantee
The Hand Review mode is not intended for:
- Confidential legal information
- Sensitive business information
- Private financial records
- Highly sensitive personal data
Users should assume uploaded content may be processed by automated systems.
9. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, software, design, visuals, and educational materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not:

13. Pro Subscription – Cancellation Terms
Pro subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel:
- Monthly plan: your subscription remains active until the end of the current monthly billing period, counted from the day the subscription started. Access to Pro features terminates at the end of that month.
- Yearly plan: your subscription remains active until the end of the current yearly billing period, counted from the day the subscription started. Access to Pro features terminates at the end of that year.
No further charges will be made after cancellation, and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of an active billing period.
14. Modifications to the Service
The App may:
- Modify features
- Remove functionality
- Change pricing
- Update AI systems
- Adjust limitations
at any time without prior notice.
15. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
